Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Kurakulas Credit Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Important: These terms govern your use of our credit improvement services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website.

Services Description

Kurakulas Credit Solutions provides credit improvement and financial advisory services, including but not limited to:

  • Credit report analysis and dispute resolution services
  • Personalized credit improvement strategies and action plans
  • Financial education and counseling related to credit management
  • Assistance with credit bureau communications
  • Monitoring and tracking of credit score improvements

Note: We are NOT a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We provide educational and advisory services to help you understand and improve your credit profile.

Eligibility Criteria

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Have a valid Indian credit report from CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF High Mark
  • Not have been previously terminated from our services for violation of these terms

Fees and Payments

Basic Credit Analysis ₹2,500 one-time Payable upfront
Standard Improvement Plan ₹8,000 (3 months) 50% upfront, 50% after 45 days
Premium Complete Solution ₹15,000 (6 months) Monthly installments

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our advisory services, refunds are provided only under specific circumstances:

  • If services have not commenced within 7 days of payment
  • If we are unable to deliver services as described due to our fault
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service commencement
  • No refunds for services already rendered or consultations completed

Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal and financial information. Our data practices are governed by:

  • Information Collection: We collect necessary information including name, contact details, credit report data, and financial history
  • Data Usage: Information is used solely for providing our services and improving your credit profile
  • Confidentiality: Your data is never sold to third parties. We share information only with your consent or as required by law
  • Security: We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption and secure servers
  • Retention: Data is retained for 7 years after service completion as per regulatory requirements

We cannot control actions by credit bureaus, lenders, or creditors. Their response times and decisions are beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on our advice
  • We are not liable for credit denials, loan rejections, or interest rate determinations by third parties
  • You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our services

Termination Rights

We May Terminate If:

  • You violate these terms
  • You provide false information
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Threatening or abusive behavior

You May Terminate If:

  • We breach material terms
  • We fail to provide services
  • With 30 days written notice
  • For convenience (subject to fees)

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws of Telangana State.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Hyderabad.
